Returns & Exchanges

At iSleep, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your dreams, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
